A compensation plan is what a company uses to calculate and distribute income to its distributors based upon the sales generated by distributors
and their downline sales organizations. Synergy Worldwide has created a plan that represents a unique and revolutionary compensation system that goes
beyond any existing system - we call it the Dual-Linear Mega-Match Compensation Plan.
Synergy pays out 55% of all commissionable sales each month.
One of the most powerful statements supporting our commitment to our Team Members is that Synergy always pays out 55% of our global commissionable
volume each month after paying Fast-Start and Elite Rebate Bonuses. Fifty percent is pooled to fund all Basic Commission, Mega-Match, and Global Share
bonuses. Five percent is pooled to fund the Leadership Bonus. The Fast-Start and Elite Rebate Bonuses are funded by removing CV from the qualifying
order. Finally, you earn a retail mark-up on every Retail Sale. This extremely generous compensation plan gives you unlimited earning potential.

Getting Started As A Synergy Worldwide Distributor
Steps to Becoming a Synergy Team Member - Membership is Free.
You just need to purchase an initial product order of 100 CV (1 Tracking Center) - about S$230, or 300 CV (3 Tracking Centers) - about S$700.
Ways to Earn Money
There are several ways to earn money in the Synergy Mega-Match Compensation Plan. Commissions are based on Calendar month and paid monthly.
Up-Front Money
1. Retail Profit - Purchase products to resell, either in packs or individually,
and earn a suggested 25% markup.
2. Elite Rebate - Earn 25% of the total CV above 100 CV on TC 1 each month.
(Activation and upgrade CV do not count towards the Elite Rebate.)
3. Fast-Start Bonus - Earn 25% Fast-Start Bonus on all initial orders of
personally sponsored and activated people.
Residual Income
4. Basic Commission - Receive up to 10% commission of your weak leg volume
(total group purchases) through all levels of your organization.
5. Mega-Match Bonus - Match Basic Commissions dollar-for-dollar on every
personally sponsored person(s).
6. Leadership Bonus - This is a way to earn additional percentage on the stronger
of your two legs of business.
7. Global Share Bonus - When you reach the highest leadership level with at least
400,000 CV in weak leg volume, you earn up to 1% of total company CV.
